1. Research

Analyze competitors.
Research latest UX trends.
Keep an eye on guidelines.

2. Understand

Understand the problems and requirements.
Create user personas and scenario map.
Define use cases and user. stories.

3. Wireframes

Gather ideas and envision the process.
Draw sketches and wireframes.
Evaluate and re-draw.

4. Design

Design UI images, icons, themes.
Create prototypes.
Define UX guidelines.

5. Implement

Minor changes to help development phase.
Implement functionality. 
Build experience through functional mockup.

6. Evaluate

Perform usability testing.
Create audit reports.
Identify improvements and repeat.

Well Lean is a growing consumer e-commerce store started in 2019. I was the co-founder and Creative Director for Well Lean LLC. Overseeing the design and deployment of several products launches as well as the website redesign.

GoShare is a startup located in downtown San Diego, with partnership including Costco. It is basically Uber for delivery, moving and hauling. I redesigned the user interface and user experience of the GoShare app in 2018.
